OUR TEAM
With the need for affordable housing growing in the Truckee Meadows region, three agencies have teamed up to develop a regional comprehensive housing strategy. Truckee Meadows Healthy Communities (TMHC) and the Truckee Meadows Regional Planning Agency (TMRPA) are collaborating with Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise) to create the Comprehensive Regional Housing Strategy.

The three agencies bring unique skills and experience to the effort. TMHC aligns diverse community leaders to build an inclusive, resilient and sustainable community built on a culture of health, while TMRPA provides comprehensive and innovative land use planning, data analysis and coordination between the cities of Reno, Sparks and Washoe County. Enterprise is a national organization whose mission is to create opportunities in the low- and moderate-income bracket for affordable housing in diverse, thriving communities.
